We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the mountains from our room. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were superb, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace to enjoy the fresh air. We also appreciated the in-room safe and the free toiletries provided. The television and AM/FM alarm clock were great additions for entertainment and convenience.
We highly recommend this hotel to others.

the staff was very help despite the language barrier and were will to do what was necessary to make the most of my stay
the beds... they bought cheap mattresses and could feel the springs so I had to put some blankets down between the sheets and the bed so I could sleep... they had no elevator so I had to carry my bags up three floors..

the service was exceptional and the staff extremely friendly. the rooms were spacious and boasted a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. the breakfast spread was impressive with eggs offered too.
The noise level at night was an issue, which affected my sleep.

I loved the view from my room. I could gaze upon the stunning mountains each morning. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff was always willing to help. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. a fantastic location with ample parking and accessible transportation.
Not one thing during my stay was negative. I enjoyed every moment of my time in this city and the hotel was a significant part of it.

Great breakfast options and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The central location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the room had a fantastic view of the city skyline.
The room was not up to par. The AC was not working well and the room was too hot to sleep in, which really impacted my stay.

The breakfast offering was surprisingly good, with eggs made to order available upon request. the central location was also a major advantage as it allowed us to easily explore the city and surrounding areas. the staff were always friendly and willing to help with any questions we had.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made for an uncomfortable sleep. the room had a high wall vent which blew warm air and the fan stayed on high at all times with no control available.
